I have been trying to make the palm work (for inventory) but I couldn't...our tech guy, clerk, TA- they all tried...and who figured it out? PAT HILL!!! yipee! For the past three days, she has been coming to my library after school working on it...and today she made it work! That is definitely going over and beyond! She is awesome! :-)
